Ever wondered if celebs are onto something… or just selling something?
We’ve broken down 5 viral celebrity wellness hacks and asked our Founder, Aaron, a coach with 20+ years of experience, to weigh in on what actually works when you’re a mum with 15 minutes and zero extra bandwidth.
The Trend: Cold plunges are everywhere from the Kardashians to wellness TikTok.
Founder Insight:
"Cold exposure works but you don’t need a tub of ice to feel the benefits. A quick cold blast at the end of your shower is enough to reset your mood and nervous system. It’s about consistency, not extremes."
For Mums: Try ending your morning shower with 20 seconds of cold. It’s uncomfortable but it’ll leave you more alert and clear-headed.
The Trend: Greens powders are marketed as the secret to energy, gut health, and glowing skin.
Founder Insight:
"They can help if you’re short on time but real food always wins. If you’re already having veggies, whole foods, and enough water, don’t stress. I recommend powders as a backup plan, not a foundation."
For Mums: Keep one on hand for rushed mornings. But remember, a handful of good quality greens in a smoothie works just as well.
3. 10K Steps a Day
The Trend: Daily walks are trending again thanks to #hotgirlwalks and celeb trainers pushing low impact movement.
Founder Insight:
"Walking is underrated especially for mums. You don’t need to hit 10000 steps perfectly every day. Just move more when you can. It supports your energy, hormones, and mental health."
For Mums: Walk during nap time, with the pram, or pace during phone calls. Don’t aim for perfect just aim to move.
The Trend: Influencers are swearing by lymphatic tools for debloating and detox.
Founder Insight:
"These can be nice for self care but they’re not essential. Don’t let wellness routines become another thing to do right. If it helps you relax, go for it. But your results won’t come from brushing your legs, they’re just another support system that through consistency helps in small ways."
For Mums: Use these tools only if they feel good not out of pressure. The real shift comes from daily movement, hydration, and eating well.
The Trend: From celeb endorsed smoothies to protein packed everything, high protein is in.
Founder Insight:
"If there’s one trend worth leaning into, it’s this. Protein keeps you full, supports muscle recovery, and helps balance hormones. Especially important if you’re juggling energy dips, stress, and getting back into training."
For Mums: Start the day with 20 to 30 grams of protein smoothie, eggs, yoghurt. You’ll feel the difference by lunch.
