Can I start at any time?

Yes! You can start anytime that suits you. We recommend beginning on a Monday so your workouts align with the weekly structure (Monday – Friday).

We also host Global Start Date community challenges throughout the year, where thousands of women start together for added motivation and accountability. No matter when you begin, you’ll have full access to support, workouts, and meal plans to keep you on track.

Bonus: You can reset or change your start date anytime in the app, just tap the ‘settings’ icon in the Transform tab.

*Please note this will not restart your access period.

What program is right for me?

Transform Level 1: Beginner
Starting or re-starting your fitness journey can feel daunting, we've all been there.
Whether you're new to fitness or returning after a break, Transform Level 1 is designed for you.

Featuring a program to gradually increase in intensity, helping you build a strong foundation and get comfortable with regular workouts.

Transform Level 2: Intermediate
An 8-week program designed to help you level up your fitness after completing Level 1 or if you're ready to push yourself a little more. It’s the perfect next step for those who want to build confidence, strength, and fitness in a way that fits their lifestyle.

Transform Level 3: Advanced
Transform Level 3 is an 8-week program designed for anyone who’s ready to take the next step in their fitness journey and feel stronger, fitter, and more energised. If you’re looking for a fresh challenge that helps you feel strong and capable, Level 3 is the perfect next step!

TRANSFORM Express
An 8-week program crafted for individuals with busy schedules who seek effective, time-efficient workouts. This program aims to help you tone up, shed body fat, and embrace a healthier lifestyle without compromising your daily commitments.

Enjoy a 3 month access period on levels 1, 2, 3 & Express, allowing you 8 weeks of workouts and a customisable meal plan to support your progress. PLUS access to our Lifestyle section!

How long do I have access to the program for?

It depends on which program you purchase. See below for access times.

  • Transform levels - 3 months
  • Pregnancy - 8 months
  • Postpartum + Level 1 - 6 months
  • Postpartum - 6 weeks
  • Express - 3 months
  • HIIT Pilates - 8 weeks

Levels 1, 2, 3 & Express are an 8-week challenge, but we give you 12 weeks of access to the app—so you get an extra 4-week buffer to enjoy the workouts, meal plans, and bonus content.

After completing your program, you can continue with the next level or enjoy the lifestyle workouts and recipes available in the app.

Please note that your access period commences from program activation.

When will I receive access to the app?

You’ll receive app access immediately! Keep an eye on your inbox for an email from us with all the information you need to get started in the TRANSFORM by Fitaz App.

Do I need equipment?

Yes! To get the best results, you’ll need the TRANSFORM Equipment Bundle, which includes:

• Skipping rope
• Booty bands
• Power bands
• Sliders
• Resistance bands

• You’ll also need a pair of light dumbbells.

💡 Good news! The first two weeks of Level 1 are completely equipment-free, so you can start right away while waiting for your equipment to arrive!

Pregnancy:
• 500g - 1kg Dumbbells
• Yoga mat
• 2 x yoga blocks

Postpartum:
• 1kg Dumbbells

Can I use Transform workouts in the gym?

All our programs are designed for home workouts, but if you prefer the gym, you can certainly adapt the exercises to fit the equipment available there. While we don’t offer specific gym programs, you can modify the intensity and use gym equipment to suit your workout needs.

Is the nutrition family friendly?

Absolutely! We’ve designed our programs so you don’t have to cook separate meals for your family.

Is there a nutrition plan included?

Yes, all programs (minus HIIT Pilates) includes a comprehensive nutrition plan tailored to support postpartum recovery. The plan emphasises nourishing your body with wholesome foods, which is especially beneficial if you are breastfeeding.

Does this program suit all dietary requirements?

Yes, absolutely!

The program has a wide range of recipes to suit vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free which you can filter while browsing recipes.

Our recipes are extremely easy to alter if you would prefer to use an alternative along with the use of our meal builder you can create your own meals at home or when you venture out to fit within the guidelines of each phase of the program. 

I haven’t exercised in years, will I be okay with Level 1?

Yes! Level 1 is designed for beginners, whether you’re:

✅ Starting exercise for the first time

You’ll begin with a basic fitness test that helps guide you to the right intensity within the program. It’s all about starting at your level and building up safely!

Is TRANSFORM Express suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! TRANSFORM Express is designed to accommodate various fitness levels, including beginners. The program offers:

  • Short, manageable workouts: Just 18 minutes per session.
  • Expert guidance: Our trainers provide modifications to suit your fitness level.

Whether you're new to fitness or returning after a hiatus, TRANSFORM Express provides a structured and supportive environment to help you succeed.

What is the Transform Postpartum Program?

Our Postpartum Program is a 6-week Pilates-based program specifically designed for new mothers who are 6 to 12 weeks postpartum. Created by accredited postpartum and pregnancy Pilates trainers, it focuses on:

  • Gently reintroducing movement: Helping you ease back into exercise safely.
  • Rebuilding core strength: Targeting areas affected during pregnancy.
  • Nurturing your body: Providing support as you adjust to motherhood.

The program includes Pilates-based workouts, a comprehensive nutrition plan, and access to a supportive community to help you feel rejuvenated, energised, and confident.

You can begin the program once you are 6 weeks postpartum and have received clearance for exercise from your healthcare provider. It's also recommended to consult with a women's health physiotherapist to assess areas like abdominal separation and pelvic floor strength.

I recently had a baby, should I do Postpartum or Level 1?

Great question! It depends on where you are in your postpartum journey:

  • If you are 6-12 weeks postpartum, we recommend starting with the Postpartum Program to rebuild your core and strength safely.
  • If you are 13+ weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise, Level 1 is a great option to regain strength and fitness.

Best option? You can bundle the Postpartum + Level 1 programs for extra value and progress seamlessly from recovery to transformation!

Is the Pregnancy Program safe to follow throughout all trimesters?

Yes, the TRANSFORM Pregnancy Program is designed to be safe and effective throughout all stages of pregnancy. Each workout is tailored to the specific needs of each trimester, ensuring that the exercises are appropriate for your current stage.

However, it's always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program during pregnancy.

Is this program suitable for me if I had a C-section?

Yes, the program is designed to be gentle and adaptable, making it suitable for mothers recovering from both vaginal births and C-sections.

However, it's essential to obtain clearance from your healthcare provider before starting any exercise regimen.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, you can pay using After Pay on any of our products.
