    I'm always a little sceptical when it comes to these type of programs but I can hand on heart say it was 1000% doable. You literally are set up for success for me personally I found everything super easy to follow as it's all laid out for you and with the 28min workouts your honestly have no excuse not to do them I LOVED the program! Plus also stoked with my results

    For every BODY!

    I don’t have weight to shift , but i have a body to move! Although I move my body a lot with two kids anyway, I still wanted something more routine and intentional and Fitaz is just that!

    I do my workouts while my youngest is having her nap, or while she’s playing. Yes, I might need to stop here and there during a workout for her, but I get it done.. and the feeling of how you feel after your workout is quite additive so that always stops me from missing a day when I start considering putting it off for the day because I am *too* busy or tired.

    Also, speaking of tired and busy— as a mum I feel like we have so many things on our plate that we need to think about, plan and organise so what I find great too is that you don’t need to think too much! You just press start and follow the intructions! Too easy!

    Heres to championing on every BODY dedicating the time to move their body! We are all worthy! ♥️

    Week one done of Transform Level 1

    So far I am enjoying the challenge. The workouts are great and the meals really easy and yummy. The app is so easy to use. Just wish I could run it through my tv for my workouts.

    Love it!

    I really enjoyed it! I am not one to exercise or stick to a routine, but with the app it made it all too easy. The meal portions are generous. It’s not complicated at all, so there are no excuses to stop. Recommend to all my friends

    Couldn’t recommend enough!

    I recently completed the Transform Level 1 challenge and loved it! I have done some of the FitAz challenges in the past (before the app existed) and this well and truly topped them! They have outdone themselves with the app and the transform challenges. I hesitated for a while about whether or not to do it and I wish I committed sooner. The workouts are quick but still provide a good challenge, I could feel myself always improving and pushing myself to my limit. The variety of food was so good! You don’t have to eat the same thing every day which helps you maintain the challenge long term and helps build good habits. I didn’t stick to the plan 100%, I certainly had cheat meals earlier then I was meant to and with it being the end of the year, work dos, drinks and end of year catchups with friends, but I still lost weight and built up strength and hit my initial goal which I’m now hoping to beat in my next challenge! Down 4.5kgs total and down 6cm around my waist. Improved sleep and energy and overall confidence. I couldn’t recommend this challenge enough, so worth the money!

Everything you need to know about our Level 1 Challenge

Can I start level 1 at any time?

You can purchase Level 1 and start the program at any time, we suggest starting on a Monday so that your workouts will run from Monday to Friday.

During the year we also hold Global Start Date community challenges where we encourage everyone to start at the same time to help motivate one another on your new journey and thrive from our online community.

You can reset or edit your start date at any time by clicking on the ‘settings icon’ in the top left corner of the Transform tab on the app.

Is the nutrition family friendly?

We have 1000’s of mums all over the world currently using the Transform program and are achieving results with the whole family on board! 

Gone are the days of making one meal for yourself and a different one for the rest of the family, you can now utilise transform for the kids and your wife or husband with our wide range of recipes.

Our Dietitian has kids herself, so the majority of our meals are family approved!

The good news is, the whole family can use The Meal Builder and get the health benefits of balanced meals – and you can focus on meeting your nutrition goals.

Once I purchase level 1, how long do I have it for?

Level 1 is an 8 week Challenge and we give you 12 weeks total app access. This leave a 4 week buffer built in where you can enjoy the lifestyle workouts and recipes in our app after you finish the challenge.

Do I need equipment?

For level 1, you will need the Transform Equipment pack (skipping rope, booty bands, power bands, sliders, resistance bands) and you will also need to source some light dumbbells.

The great thing is, we have made the first two weeks to be completely equipment free, so you can purchase the program and the equipment today and the equipment will arrive before the workouts where you need it.


I recently had a baby, should I do Postpartum or Level 1?

If you have been cleared for exercise and are between 6-12 weeks postpartum, we recommend starting with the postpartum program to rebuild your foundations. If you have been cleared for exercise and are 13+ weeks postpartum, head into Level 1.

You can also purchase the Postpartum + Level 1 bundle for extra value!

I haven't exercised in years, will I be ok to do Transform Level 1?

Yes! Level 1 is designed for those returning to exercise after a long break, returning after child birth, or starting exercise for the first time.

You will do a basic fitness test at the start of your challenge which will then dictate what level within the program you will complete.
