Our TRANSFORM Equipment Bundle includes everything you need to transform your body from the comfort of your own home. It also makes for the perfect travel pack to ensure you never miss a workout.

    Good equipment bundle

    Good equipment bundle to get you start. The only down fall is the booty bands. I find that they roll up as soon as you put them on and is painful. Ended up going and buying different once’s from Kmart

    Great equipment for beginner

    I think its great. I definitely think it's perfect for those starting out who don't have much strength to begin with coupled with the workouts and guidance. I have really enjoyed the journey this far and am into my 4th week. Thank you!

    Great bundle - takes workout to the next level

    The bundle is great, gives you lots of different options for your workout by adding in the equipment. The only thing I don’t love is the B-Bands, they slip down & don’t stay in place.

    Total package was great and good value for money. Equipment easy to use. The only thing is the bands are not coloured so the workout instructions are difficult to match to the right band when they are all black. I don't really know which one is medium, low or high other than guessing.

    Thanks for your review!

    All of our equipment is colour coded depending on the resistance:

    Green = least resistance

    Grey = medium resistance

    Red = high resistance

    The bands will look slightly different to the ones used in app videos however we do let you know which one will work best in the description of each workout.
