I ordered the transform bundle as I signed up to a 8 week challenge with Fitaz. I ordered the bundle so I knew I would have all the tools I needed to workout effectively at home. The pack was great, it included a skipping rope, multiple leg bands, multiple resistance bands and interchangeable handles, a door hook, and some feet sliders. And it came with a little drawstring bag to store it all in easily.
You can go out and get this all yourself, but the value for money and ease of getting it as a bundle is well worth it in my opinion!

At first glance I don’t think that there was enough equipment or that I would probably end up not using it.
