Transform Level 1: Beginner
Starting or re-starting your fitness journey can feel daunting, we've all been there.
Whether you're new to fitness or returning after a break, Transform Level 1 is designed for you.
Featuring a program to gradually increase in intensity, helping you build a strong foundation and get comfortable with regular workouts.
Transform Level 2: Intermediate
Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Transform Level 2 is perfect for those with some fitness experience looking for a greater challenge.
This program includes more focus on increasing intensity levels designed on increasing overall strength and fitness, benefiting from a mix of strength and high intensity interval training.
Transform Level 3: Advanced
Ready to push your fitness to the highest level? Transform Level 3 is perfect for the seasoned trainer who is ready for the challenge.
This program focuses on enhancing your strength and overall fitness. Benefit from a mix of strength training and high-intensity interval training.
What equipment do I need?
For level 3, you will need the Transform Equipment pack (skipping rope, booty bands, power bands, sliders, resistance bands) and you will also need to source some dumbbells.
The great thing is, we have made the first two weeks to be completely equipment free, so you can purchase the program and the equipment today and the equipment will arrive before the workouts where you need it.
Can I start at any time?
You can purchase a Transform Challenge or Program and start the program at any time, we suggest starting on a Monday so that your workouts will run from Monday to Friday.
During the year we also hold Global Start Date community challenges where we encourage everyone to start at the same time to help motivate one another on your new journey and thrive from our online community.
