Yes, you can begin 'Weightloss Express' whenever it suits you. While we recommend starting on a Monday to align your workouts from Monday to Friday, the program is flexible to accommodate your schedule.
You can reset or edit your start date at any time by clicking on the ‘settings icon’ in the top left corner of the Transform tab on the app.
DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?
For ‘WEIGHT LOSS EXPRESS’ only requires minimal equipment we do however recommend getting the Transform Equipment pack (skipping rope, booty bands, power bands, sliders, resistance bands)as well as some light dumbbells.
The great thing is, we have made the first two weeks to be completely equipment free, so you can purchase the program and the equipment today and the equipment will arrive before the workouts where you need it.
