I RECENTLY HAD A BABY, SHOULD I DO POSTPARTUM OR WEIGHTLOSS EXPRESS?

CAN I START AT ANY TIME?
Yes, you can begin 'Weightloss Express' whenever it suits you. While we recommend starting on a Monday to align your workouts from Monday to Friday, the program is flexible to accommodate your schedule.
You can reset or edit your start date at any time by clicking on the ‘settings icon’ in the top left corner of the Transform tab on the app.
DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?
For ‘WEIGHTLOSS RESET’, you will need the Transform Equipment pack (skipping rope, booty bands, power bands, sliders, resistance bands) and you will also need to source some light dumbbells.
The great thing is, we have made the first two weeks to be completely equipment free, so you can purchase the program and the equipment today and the equipment will arrive before the workouts where you need it.
I HAVEN’T EXERCISED IN YEARS, IS EXPRESS RIGHT FOR ME?
Yes! ‘Weightloss Expres’ is designed for those returning to exercise after a long break, returning after child birth, or starting exercise for the first time.
You will do a basic fitness test at the start of your challenge which will then dictate what level within the program you will complete.
