What is the difference between 'Weightloss Reset' and 'Strength & Tone'?
‘STRENGTH & TONE’ is for those who have completed ‘WEIGHTLOSS RESET’, or already have a base level of fitness (working out 2-3 times pert week already).
In ‘STRENGTH & TONE’ you will the complexity of movements increase and an overall increase in load and time under tension.
What equipment do I need?
For 'STRENGTH & TONE', you will need the Transform Equipment pack (skipping rope, booty bands, power bands, sliders, resistance bands) and you will also need to source some dumbbells.
The great thing is, we have made the first two weeks to be completely equipment free, so you can purchase the program and the equipment today and the equipment will arrive before the workouts where you need it.
Can I start at any time?
You can purchase a Transform Challenge or Program and start the program at any time, we suggest starting on a Monday so that your workouts will run from Monday to Friday.
During the year we also hold Global Start Date community challenges where we encourage everyone to start at the same time to help motivate one another on your new journey and thrive from our online community.
You can reset or edit your start date at any time by clicking on the ‘settings icon’ in the top left corner of the Transform tab on the app.
