Everything you need to know about our Level 1 Challenge
Can I start level 1 at any time?
You can purchase Level 1 and start the program at any time, we suggest starting on a Monday so that your workouts will run from Monday to Friday.
During the year we also hold Global Start Date community challenges where we encourage everyone to start at the same time to help motivate one another on your new journey and thrive from our online community.
You can reset or edit your start date at any time by clicking on the ‘settings icon’ in the top left corner of the Transform tab on the app.
Is the nutrition family friendly?
We have 1000’s of mums all over the world currently using the Transform program and are achieving results with the whole family on board!
Gone are the days of making one meal for yourself and a different one for the rest of the family, you can now utilise transform for the kids and your wife or husband with our wide range of recipes.
Our Dietitian has kids herself, so the majority of our meals are family approved!
The good news is, the whole family can use The Meal Builder and get the health benefits of balanced meals – and you can focus on meeting your nutrition goals.
Once I purchase level 1, how long do I have it for?
Express is an 8 week Challenge and we give you 12 weeks total app access. This leave a 4 week buffer built in where you can enjoy the lifestyle workouts and recipes in our app after you finish the challenge.
Do I need equipment?
For level 1, you will need the Transform Equipment pack (skipping rope, booty bands, power bands, sliders, resistance bands) and you will also need to source some light dumbbells.
The great thing is, we have made the first two weeks to be completely equipment free, so you can purchase the program and the equipment today and the equipment will arrive before the workouts where you need it.
I recently had a baby, should I do Postpartum or Level 1?
If you have been cleared for exercise and are between 6-12 weeks postpartum, we recommend starting with the postpartum program to rebuild your foundations. If you have been cleared for exercise and are 13+ weeks postpartum, head into Level 1.

I haven't exercised in years, will I be ok to do Transform Level 1?
Yes! Level 1 is designed for those returning to exercise after a long break, returning after child birth, or starting exercise for the first time.
You will do a basic fitness test at the start of your challenge which will then dictate what level within the program you will complete.
