He has trained thousands of clients and guided more than 200,000 Transform mums through life-changing body and lifestyle transformations. Specialising in strength training, fat loss, and time-smart programs, his coaching is structured, supportive, and results-driven.

Inspired by his mum's dedication to health, Aaron created Transform to make fitness simple and achievable. He loves seeing women who once thought they had no time discover they can feel and look amazing in just 18 minutes a day. His advice to busy women is to start now, stay consistent, and watch your life change.

Head Coach

Julie has been strength training for over 35 years and coaching women for the past 12. She is a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Reformer Pilates Instructor, Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach, and Women's Health Coach. She specialises in strength, Pilates, and helping women create balance, energy, and confidence in their busy lives.

As a single mum who once juggled corporate life with her passion for fitness, Julie understands how hard it can be to prioritise health. She loves helping women achieve results that fit into their lifestyle and believes consistency and feeling good should always come first. Her advice to busy women is to make training work for your life, not the other way around.

Courtney is a Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine and a Certified Eating Psychology Coach. She specialises in mental health, gut health, and supporting women with disordered eating. Her approach is wholesome, gentle, and sustainable, focusing on slow and mindful steps that create lasting change.

Having faced her own struggles with food restriction and body image, Courtney is passionate about helping women feel supported and confident in their health journey. She loves seeing Transform members thrive with simple foundations such as nourishing food, movement, sleep, stress management, and gratitude. Outside of work she loves pasta, never goes a day without chocolate, and surprises most people with the fact she hates eggs.

Wilfred Domingo

Trainer

Wilfred is a strength and functional training specialist with certifications in HIIT, MetCon, and Gold's Gym Fitness Instruction. Having transformed his own body from 130 kilograms during the pandemic, he knows firsthand how powerful small and consistent changes can be. His coaching style is efficient, simple, and effective, finding the balance that makes workouts both challenging and achievable.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM THE STANDARD TRANSFORM SYSTEM?

While the standard Transform System gives you a guided path to follow, coaching takes things a step further with tailored support. You’ll work closely with your coach, who will be there to adjust your plan, check in on your progress, and give you the accountability and motivation to keep moving forward.

HOW MANY SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE?

To make sure every member gets the attention and support they deserve, spaces in Transform Coaching are limited. Once spots are filled, we’ll open a waitlist for the next round.

WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES OR DIETARY NEEDS?

Your coach will adapt your plan around your individual needs. If you have injuries, limitations, or dietary requirements, your program will be personalised so you can feel confident and supported every step of the way.

HOW DO THE CHECK-INS WORK?

Your coach will connect with you throughout the program to guide your progress and help you stay on track. You’ll have opportunities to share wins, ask questions, and get feedback when you need it, so you always feel supported.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 8 WEEKS?

After your initial 8-week commitment, you can choose to continue your coaching on an ongoing basis. Many members stay on for longer to keep building on their results and maintain the support that keeps them consistent.

IS THERE A LOCK-IN PERIOD?

Yes, there’s a minimum commitment of 8 weeks at $59 per week. After that, you can continue for as long as you’d like, with the flexibility to cancel anytime once the 8 weeks are complete.
