The Wrap That Does It All
Salty, sweet, creamy and crunchy – this wrap has everything you could want in a quick, satisfying lunch. Golden halloumi caramelised in honey and chilli flakes pairs perfectly with cool tzatziki and crisp veggies, all wrapped up in soft Lebanese bread.
It’s fast, flavourful and will leave you wondering why you ever settled for a boring sandwich.

Method
1. Fry the halloumi
Heat a frying pan over high heat. Add the sliced halloumi, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chilli flakes. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and sticky.
2. Prep the veggies
Chop the tomatoes, cucumber and onion. Toss them together in a small bowl and set aside.
3. Build your wrap
Spread tzatziki over the Lebanese wrap. Layer on the hot halloumi, then top with the fresh veggie mix and herbs.
4. Wrap and enjoy
Roll it up tightly, slice in half if you like, and serve immediately while the halloumi is still warm.
