Oat & Yoghurt Performance Bowl

With almond butter and berries

A delicious breakfast bowl rich in fibre and nutrients that will keep you energized for many hours. Ready in 10 minutes and served with all the delicious toppings, cause toppings make life so much better, right?


Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of gluten free oats

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1/2 cup of plain yoghurt

  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter

  • 1/4 cup of blueberries

  • 1/4 cup of raspberries

  • 1 tsp of hemp or chia seeds

  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)


Utensils
  • Small cooking pan

  • Bowl

Method
  1. Cook your oats 
    In a small pan, bring oats and 1 cup water to a simmer. Cook on gentle heat until oats absorb the liquid, stirring frequently. It will take about 5-7 minutes.

  2. Build your bowl & enjoy
    Transfer cooked oats to a bowl, add plain yoghurt, top with berries, almond butter, hemp seeds and raw honey.
