Your questions, answered
Why add protein to a sweet snack?
Adding protein to recipes you already enjoy is an easy way to bring more variety into your day without feeling like every protein-rich option needs to be a shake or traditional savoury meal.
Do I need to bake it?
No oven needed! The slice takes around 10 minutes to prepare, then simply needs two hours in the fridge to set.
Can I make it ahead for the week?
Absolutely. This recipe was designed as a fuss-free, make-ahead option, so you can prepare a batch and have something ready when you need a quick snack or sweet treat.
Can I freeze Cookie Dough Slice?
Yes. Cut the slice into individual portions before freezing so you can take out a piece whenever you want one. Allow it to soften before eating.
How do I get the best cookie dough texture?
Combine the wet and dry ingredients thoroughly and press the mixture firmly into your tray. Give it the full two hours in the fridge before cutting so everything has time to set.
