A classic quick and easy, low maintenance Greek style salad, with lamb.
Having friends or family over? You can never go wrong with a fresh Greek salad, and lamb cutlets! This is the perfect low maintenance addition to a gathering of any kind or a meal for one.
3 trimmed cutlets per person
Dried oregano
1 Lebanese cucumber sliced
2 tomatoes sliced
1/4 red onion sliced
5 black olives
20g feta cheese
Spray olive oil
1 tablespoon olive oil for dressing salad
Lemon juice (optional)
Utensils
1. On a chopping board, roughly chop tomato and cucumber.
2. Finely slice onion and add feta cheese (optional).
3. Heat spray olive oil in a fry pan. Season lamb cutlets with a sprinkle of oregano on each side. Cook for 3-5 minutes each side.
4. Assemble salad, and dress with a squeeze of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
5. Serve with cutlets.
