Chicken Wings:
800g chicken wings
1/3 cup plain flour
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Homemade Ranch:
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp whole egg mayonnaise
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp salt
Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 200°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine flour, herbs, and spices in a bowl.
Toss the wings thoroughly in the seasoning mixture, making sure every piece is coated.
Arrange wings on the baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 40 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
While the wings bake, mix all ranch ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Serve wings hot with your creamy homemade ranch for dipping.
Add a pinch of cayenne for a spicy kick.
Swap coconut sugar for brown sugar if preferred.
