Summary

These adorable Christmas Reindeer Cake Pops are the ultimate festive treat.

Ingredients

1 mudcake
250g cream cheese
250g milk chocolate, melted

To decorate:
Red m&ms
Black icing pen
Pretzels, halved

20 cake pop sticks

Utensils

Baking tray

Medium bowl

Small bi

Stand Mixer/Hand Whisk

Method

  1. Break up the mudcake. You can either use your hands (great option for kids) or a stand mixer/hand whisk. Add cream cheese and blend until fully combined.
  2. Get 1 tbsp of mixture and roll into balls. Set aside. Meanwhile, melt a little bit of chocolate in a small bowl. Stick the tip of your cake pop stick into the chocolate and then press into each ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour minimum.

  3. Melt remaining chocolate. Dip each ball into the chocolate and allow excess to run off. Place on a baking tray and allow to set.

  4. Using any left over chocolate, dip an m&m in and place on ball as the nose. Add two dots of eyes. Break a pretzel in half and stick each half into the top as antlers. Optional, you may like to also stick the tip of the pretzels into any remaining chocolate as ‘glue’. This isn’t necessary though. Enjoy!
