Craving pizza night with a fresh twist? This Chicken Pesto Pizza delivers big flavour with tender grilled chicken, melty cheese, zesty pesto, and a medley of veggies all on a golden, crispy base. Topped with fragrant basil leaves, it’s the perfect balance of comfort and freshness, easy to make, even easier to devour.
100g cooked chicken
1 mushrooms
1/2 small zucchini
1/4 red onion
Handful of baby spinach
1 wrap bread (we have used a Mission Souvlaki Wrap)
1 tablespoon pizza sauce
30g grated mozzarella
2 teaspoons basil pesto
Fresh basil to serve
Try diced capsicum or cherry tomatoes as toppings.
Utensils
1. Spread 1 wrap bread with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce.
2. Arrange spinach on the bottom, then add the other sliced vegetables and chicken.
3. Add 30g grated mozzarella and dollop 2 teaspoons of pesto over the pizza.
4. Bake or air fry until crispy and golden.
5. Enjoy with a sprinkle of fresh basil.
