Craving the classic flavours of a Big Mac without all the guilt? Our Loaded Big Mac Fries take all the best parts of the iconic burger... juicy beef, melty cheese, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and special sauce, and pile them on top of crispy, golden fries.

Made with wholesome, gluten-free ingredients, this healthier twist is perfect for lunch or dinner when you want a treat that still fuels your body. Ready in just 30 minutes, it’s indulgence you can feel good about!

Ingredients:

2 potatoes

100g beef mince

1/4 cup lettuce, finely chopped

1/4 brown onion, diced

50g cheese

3 pickles, diced small

1 tbsp special burger sauce

Salt and pepper

Utensils:

Baking tray
Frying pan

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200'c. Line a tray with baking paper.

  2. Cut up 2 potatoes into fries. Lightly oil and season and bake until cooked and crispy. You can use an air fryer here too.

  3. When chips are almost finished, cook onion and beef separately in a frying pan. Add cheese on top of the mince and leave to melt.

  4. Top fries with beef, cheese, onion, lettuce pickles and sauce.
