Baked Pancake Bowl

A fluffy pancake breakfast made in one bowl.

Our baked pancake bowl is protein-packed and made and baked in one-bowl. You can make the batter ahead of time and bake fresh or simply reheat.

*you can make the batter to this ahead of time and bake fresh in the morning, or bake and then re-heat before eating. 

Ingredients:

1/4 cup flour

1 scoop protein powder

1 egg

1 tsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup blueberries, frozen

1/4 cup chobani greek yoghurt

SF maple (optional)



Utensils:

Baking dish or glass container

Spoon



Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200’C. In an oven safe, small baking dish, add flour, protein, egg, chia seeds, baking powder, vanilla and almond milk and whisk together. Add blueberries.

  2. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. Once cooked through, add a scoop of greek yoghurt and some SF maple syrup (if desired) and enjoy!
