The 8 Minute Workout That Actually Works

This quick at-home workout is designed to get your heart rate up, build strength, and boost your mood, no matter where you are or how packed your schedule looks. Perfect for nap time, between meetings, or as a quick pick-me-up when your energy drops.


The Workout

Each move is done for 30 seconds of work, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Complete 2 full rounds. Total time: 8 minutes.

  1. Squat with Side Kick
    Fire up the legs and glutes while adding a core-activating kick. It’s a full-body burner and a great way to start.

  2. Bird Dog
    A core and stability classic. This one will strengthen your abs and back while helping with posture and balance.

  3. Push Ups
    Old but gold. Whether on your knees or toes, this move builds upper body strength and gets the heart pumping.

  4. Single Leg Reverse Lunge
    One leg at a time means more focus, more burn, and better balance. Switch legs each round for even work.
