Our pregnancy program is designed specifically for pregnant women. The Pilates and Yoga workouts focus on strengthening and lengthening your body to prepare for labor and delivery and keep you feeling great during pregnancy. The program runs from weeks 8-36 of your pregnancy and you have a full 9 months access with purchase.

The support and encouragement I needed!

I loved that the transform challenge was clearly set out, easy to start and follow and super easy to fit in with my life! My family ate the same meals mostly as I did, and enjoyed them, the workouts were easy to slot into my day and the results exceeded my expectations. I’ve done 2 rounds of level one and will start level 2 soon . Photos are from Jan 2023 to now

More than challenge but a lifestyle change!

I’ve just completed 365 days of Fitaz (started 25/07/2022).

Started on Level 1 and did the 8 week challenge and then moved on to Level 2. I focused more on the Lifestyle side of Level 2 and decided to do Level 3 once the 6 months of the App was up.

Currently half way through level 3 - 8 week challenge and I’m feeling strong and the most confident I’ve felt since having my kids.

I cannot recommend this amazing program enough!

I Can See Me Again

This was my first ever 8 week challenge and I loved it so much that I’m now on my second one. Once you start you just can’t stop. The food was great and all my recipes came from the app. I loved having a fitness routine to follow that was easy for me to just do at home. I made the commitment to myself to find me again and I did I can see me coming back. I’m 6kgs lighter, 5cm off my hips and 7cms off my waist. I have way more energy and a much better idea of portion sizes and a better understanding of food itself. I can’t wait to see the results after this next round. So happy I stumbled across FitazFK!

Best money I ever spent

This is hands down the BEST program I have ever come across. Don’t want to sound cliche but changed my out look on food and work outs. I use to spend 90mins 4-5 days a week at the gym before my last bub (3rd baby) and I have never gotten results like this. 28 min is soooo doable. Almost finished my 3rd round, almost 15kgs down, the cm iv lost is insane! For me also it’s the way I feel in myself, and the relationship I now have with food. Iv been on soooo many diets…and this I can say doesn’t feel like a “diet”. Thank you FitazFK you have truly changed my life 💜💪. I can’t wait to purchase level 2
