FAQs

Once you reach 6 weeks postpartum, make an appointment with your womens physio to be assessed in person to check for Pelvic floor quality, ab separation and prolapse. Once you have been cleared for light exercise, you can begin.

Yes! This is recommended for women 6-12 weeks postpartum if they feel ready to move early on. However, if you are beyond this timeframe and still feel like you need to be gentle with your body, this program will be a great introduction to exercise.

Yes! Our dietician has carefully structured the nutrition guide to support breastfeeding mothers.

No matter what your fitness level was prior to falling pregnant, Transform Postpartum is perfect for you. Your body has gone through a big transformation growing and birthing another life! It is important to honor your body, and slowly add in movement at a safe intensity and pace.

Transform Postpartum does not include any running, skipping, jumping or high impact exercises as these movements create pressure on the Pelvic floor which needs to be avoided within this time frame. Transform PP also avoids any planks or sit ups/crunches to care for women with Abdominal separation. It is important to note, we do not recommend running until 16 weeks postpartum, no matter which level you choose.

We have bundled the 2 programs together into a discounted bundle which gives you the flexibility to start your 6 months access to Level 1 whenever you are ready!

So, so good!

I started this challenge with the hopes of adding a fitness component that was attainable and sustainable. (I know that if I change my diet dramatically, I have a hard time sticking with it). I have already found that I am sleeping better, making it through the day without the 3:00 crash, and have more flexibility and less discomfort in my joints (knees). I’m looking forward to seeing where the lifestyle shift takes me! The ONLY thing I would maybe change would be to add more prompts to the workout videos, the bell is helpful when it’s time to switch, but if there was a prompt as to what I’m changing to, I could transition more quickly/smoothly.

Quick workout

I really like it. I cut my running to 30 minutes and did the app for the other 30. I'm not done. I had to take a 2 week break due to travel

The best workout program I’ve ever done

I’ll be honest, I’m generally not very good at sticking to “challenges” or workout programs. I start with all good intentions but lose motivation within a few weeks. This was the first challenge/program I’ve signed up for that I’ve actually finished and have seen results. I found it so easy to stick to - the daily workouts and food options simplified my life. Can’t wait to do the next round!

Week 1 done, part way through week 2!

So far I have really liked the workouts and meals. The workouts have been a challenge in a short manageable timeframe, love getting my pre-, workout and post- in under 30 minutes. The nutrition section is easy to follow and I’ve found some recipes that I plan to continue using.
