FAQs

Once you reach 6 weeks postpartum, make an appointment with your womens physio to be assessed in person to check for Pelvic floor quality, ab separation and prolapse. Once you have been cleared for light exercise, you can begin.

Yes! This is recommended for women 6-12 weeks postpartum if they feel ready to move early on. However, if you are beyond this timeframe and still feel like you need to be gentle with your body, this program will be a great introduction to exercise.

Yes! Our dietician has carefully structured the nutrition guide to support breastfeeding mothers.

No matter what your fitness level was prior to falling pregnant, Transform Postpartum is perfect for you. Your body has gone through a big transformation growing and birthing another life! It is important to honor your body, and slowly add in movement at a safe intensity and pace.

Transform Postpartum does not include any running, skipping, jumping or high impact exercises as these movements create pressure on the Pelvic floor which needs to be avoided within this time frame. Transform PP also avoids any planks or sit ups/crunches to care for women with Abdominal separation. It is important to note, we do not recommend running until 16 weeks postpartum, no matter which level you choose.

We have bundled the 2 programs together into a discounted bundle which gives you the flexibility to start your 6 months access to Level 1 whenever you are ready!

Love it!

Couldn’t recommend enough!

I recently completed the Transform Level 1 challenge and loved it! I have done some of the FitAz challenges in the past (before the app existed) and this well and truly topped them! They have outdone themselves with the app and the transform challenges. I hesitated for a while about whether or not to do it and I wish I committed sooner. The workouts are quick but still provide a good challenge, I could feel myself always improving and pushing myself to my limit. The variety of food was so good! You don’t have to eat the same thing every day which helps you maintain the challenge long term and helps build good habits. I didn’t stick to the plan 100%, I certainly had cheat meals earlier then I was meant to and with it being the end of the year, work dos, drinks and end of year catchups with friends, but I still lost weight and built up strength and hit my initial goal which I’m now hoping to beat in my next challenge! Down 4.5kgs total and down 6cm around my waist. Improved sleep and energy and overall confidence. I couldn’t recommend this challenge enough, so worth the money!

The support and encouragement I needed!

I loved that the transform challenge was clearly set out, easy to start and follow and super easy to fit in with my life! My family ate the same meals mostly as I did, and enjoyed them, the workouts were easy to slot into my day and the results exceeded my expectations. I’ve done 2 rounds of level one and will start level 2 soon . Photos are from Jan 2023 to now

More than challenge but a lifestyle change!

I’ve just completed 365 days of Fitaz (started 25/07/2022).

Started on Level 1 and did the 8 week challenge and then moved on to Level 2. I focused more on the Lifestyle side of Level 2 and decided to do Level 3 once the 6 months of the App was up.

Currently half way through level 3 - 8 week challenge and I’m feeling strong and the most confident I’ve felt since having my kids.

I cannot recommend this amazing program enough!
