I started this challenge for the first time at the end of September last year, staring down the barrel of losing 33kg.

I am on my second time doing level 1. Today is day 1 of phase 3 and this morning, I hit my halfway mark - 16.5kg.

I stood on my scales this morning and cried happy tears instead of miserable ones for the first time ever. From here on out I have lost more than I still have left to lose. I know the scales aren’t everything but they matter to me.

Will post proper photos at the end of the challenge but below is me on day 1 of the first challenge back in September, and me today. Trust the process ladies and stick with it. You got this!!!

Amazing

I’ve just finished level 1 and I’m feeling really proud of myself 🙂

As well as a physical change, my mood and mental health has improved so much and so many others have noticed it too

The meals have been awesome, I was so surprised by how delish they were! It made it really easy to not be tempted by anything else. When I was out to lunch/dinner I chose the healthiest possible option, so stuck to it as closely as I could

The workouts were tough at times but they’re only 30mins(ish) so a good time to commit and get through them. There were a few things I had to swap out and a few times I couldn’t finish but I noticed myself getting so much better throughout the challenge.

97cm to 95.3 hips

80cm to 72.5cm waist

I didn’t weigh myself because that doesn’t really bother me, it’s the way I look and feel that matters most!

From someone who doesn’t like working out I was surprised at how well I stuck to everything and how much I enjoyed it. I’ll definitely keep going as I’m not 100% where I want to be just yet, but so happy with my results

If you’re about to start, or part way through- keep going! The feeling you get on your last day is so worth it 😘

The only program I’ve ever stuck to!

I loved the ease of the food program filled with all the healthy foods I enjoy and the challenging but achievable exercise component, I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to lose weight or tone up, can’t wait to start level 2!

It's good. The exercises are good with a wide variety and only half an hour, so easy to fit into the day.

There is always a level of uncertainty when someone begins a new challenge, there is fear, discomfort and all sorts of negative thoughts that come to mind, you try hard to envision your results, compare yourself to others and their body types & outcome pictures, so you take the plunge, your in a mindset, your ready to go, it's starts off a little hard and you wonder if you keep going at that rate nothing is going to change, but with each week you start to realise you can actually push yourself more, your not lagging or struggling like you did in week one, you might have a bad day, or you've eaten something you shouldn't have but you keep going, the transform challenge does exactly all those things but if you keep consistent before you know it you get to week 6 and now in phase 3 of that level, weights have been introduced it's exciting but you feel that challenge again, but keep pushing through whatever you do don't stop, slow it down maybe, you might not complete the amount of reps but keep going because when you do and you look carefully or compare pics from day 1 to day 35 you actually think 'Holy FK' the difference is pretty Amazing, that's how I felt and it's Amped me up to keep going. It's called Transform Challenge for a reason! If you are not challenged then your not giving it all you got. I'm not ready to share my pics just yet I have a couple weeks to go before my 8 week challenge ends but I'm pretty impressed with my results right now, especially when you hear…

FAQs

In short, no, you don’t have to complete Transform Level 1 & 2 to do Level 3; each program is completely separate from one another. If, however, you’re new to fitness, we recommend starting with Transform Level 1.

Transform Level 3 has been designed to suit a range of fitness levels but is more suitable for people who are currently training often. The program is suitable for someone who

1. Has completed Transform level 1 & 2 or;
2. Is currently training more than 3 times per week

The Transform Level 3 Equipment Pack comes with Transform Level 3, 6 Months FitazFK App Access, Resistance Bands, Booty Bands, Skipping Rope, Gliders, Power Bands & FK Active Bag.

The Transform program can be started anytime but we suggest you start on a Monday; it’s 8 weeks long and can be done more than once. Simply sign up to the program, log in to the app and get ready to transform.

No, Transform is designed to be done anywhere. You can do it at home, in the gym, or at your best friends house.

Yes, you can complete the program if you’re breastfeeding.
However, we strongly encourage you to check in with your medical
professional before you start an exercise and nutrition plan.

Absolutely, the program has customised diets to suit vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free.

You will need the following equipment (Resistance Bands, Booty Bands, Power Bands, Gliders and Skipping Rope) 2 x Dumbbells (3kg-6kg) and 1 x Kettlebell (8kg-16kg)
