All orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday during business hours, with the exception of Australian national holidays. Allow for minor dispatch delays during launch, sales and special case as we do high volume order, we're doing our best to get them to you ass soon as possible. 

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Couriers may encounter delays, and customs clearance can also impact delivery times. TRANSFORM by Fitaz will not be liable for any losses due to delayed delivery. If you are planning to travel, please ensure you allow ample time for your delivery.

Courier Communication

Our couriers may contact you via email or phone regarding your delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays if you are uncontactable. If your parcel is returned due to being uncontactable, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your order value. 

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and send it to our customer experience team. Exercise caution when opening the product, particularly when using sharp instruments, to avoid additional damage. TRANSFORM by Fitaz is not responsible for damage caused by improper opening.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to certain countries due to high theft.
