FAQ's

In short, no, you don’t have to complete Transform Level 1 to do Level 2; each program is completely separate from one another. If, however, you’re new to fitness, we recommend starting with Transform Level 1.

Transform Level 2 has been designed to suit a range of fitness levels but is more suitable for people who are currently  training or have some training experience. The program is suitable for someone who

1. Has completed Transform level 1 or;
2. Is currently training more than twice per week

You will need the following equipment (Resistance Bands, Booty Bands, Power Bands, Gliders and Skipping Rope) 2 x Dumbbells (3kg-6kg) and 1 x Kettlebell (8kg-16kg)

The Transform program can be started anytime but we suggest you start on a Monday; it’s 8 weeks long and can be done more than once. Simply sign up to the program, log in to the app and get ready to transform.

No, Transform is designed to be done anywhere. You can do it at home, in the gym, or at your best friends house.

Yes, you can complete the program if you’re breastfeeding. However, we strongly encourage you to check in with your medical professional before you start an exercise and nutrition plan.

Absolutely, the program has customised diets to suit vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free.

Great program with amazing results

This program was amazing. I didn't have huge weight loss as i didn't do the full diet due to stomach issues and my fussiness but i have toned up so much and have met my weight goal.

I have alot of issues with my body which often restricts me from doing certain exercises and the Fitaz crew were there for me whenever i needed an alternative or advice.

I also feel the strongest i have ever felt especially in my core and have gained alot more flexibility throughout my journey.

This program was my saving grace through lockdown and i could not recommend it more. ❤

Only minor feedback i have is to possibly have some walk throughs on the best use of the app to maximise outcomes. There can also be issues with the app at times, however nothing that has had a huge impact.

Next level!

I love that really, the program doesn't ask too much of me. The workouts are short and consistent enough that there is never an excuse to give up.

My mood has improved 1000% and I went from taking every vitamin I could and still having no energy, to taking none now and feeling on top of the world.

I genuinely enjoy the meals and love how flexible they are. I've not once felt hungry - in fact I think im eating more now than I was prior to the challenge, but I am seeing incredible results.

I am just over halfway and have lost 4kg and completely transformed the shape of my body, but my energy levels and brain clarity are definitely my biggest wins.

Amazing experience so far

For the past 5 years, I have tried to lose weight on multiple occasions and each time I lose a little but don’t get close to where I want to be.

This program really gave me the motivation I needed to keep going. I’m in week 5 and have lost close to 5kg so far. I will be continuing after the 8 weeks is done.

My favourite thing about the program is the build your own recipes. When I’ve tried weight loss meal programs in the past, I felt like I didn’t really enjoy the food and it was hard to stick to. This program lets Meuse ingredients I know I like but in the right portions. I’ve also learned how important it is to eat protein and build muscle so that when I’m losing weight, I’m losing fat and not muscle.

The only criticism I have is technology related. The app is not ‘state of the art’ and I think it could use an investment.

The best health kick I’ve done!

I can’t believe I’ve found a program that I have actually stuck to and have had such amazing results from!! 5kgs down so far and not even looking for the end date!

The only negative would be the app needing a bit of work. Some things aren’t clear enough and take a lot of clicks to get to. For example there is not enough recipes on display for each phase that are easy to see and access as well as not being able to lock phone while doing the running interval training makes it hard to have to hold your phone in a position that isn’t going to pause the workout while on a run!

Other than that I would 100% recommend this program again and again!
