Our returns policy at FitazFK is that all products must be returned within 14 days of your purchase being delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
Due to fees incurred by our payment gateways it is also standard to charge an $8 fee on returns.
Please note we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only in-store credit once your return item is received back at our facility. This in-store credit does not have an expiry date.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging; this means the packaging should not look like your dog has used it as a new toy. Some of our goods are non-returnable and are listed below under Additional Non-Returnable Items.
FitazFK does offer exchanges, for this to happen you will need to return your item. Once again this must be unused and in the same condition your received it in and ensure all packaging is returned the same way. Once we have received the item we will check if we have the correct size/item in stock to exchange, if we do not then you will be offered a store credit voucher.
To be eligible for a return;
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- All original tags must remain attached
- Item/s must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition
- Return must include the returns form
- Must not be damaged or altered in any way
- Packaging must be returned the same way your received it.
- Products must not smell or marked of perfume, deodorant, make-up or tan.
Specific goods are non-returnable and are listed below under ‘Additional Non-Returnable Items’.
ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Gift cards
- Sale or Sample Items
- Downloadable Software Products (IP)
- Water Bottles, Shakers or Coffee cups
- Underwear that does not have hygienic liner intact.
- Faulty or Broken Items that have been made by the customer.
HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN

To complete your return we require the receipt and returns form to accompany the package back to FitazFK. Please return your package to the following address that applies to you:

THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL RETURNS ARE GRANTED:
- Hard copy books with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Where are bundle is purchased of Ebooks/Programs and Equipment together with the equipment the only product available to be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your in-store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed and sent to you within 2-3 business days approximately.
Please note, Afterpay orders are subject to the same non-returnable conditions as mentioned under the respective categories.

SALE & SAMPLE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale and sample items cannot be returned for any sort of refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Please note: The final decision on all returns and/or store credits is at the discretion of Fitaz Health PTY LTD.
