REFUND POLICY

The below terms and conditions apply to the 

  • Transform by Fitaz mobile application (App).
  • Website at https://www.fitazfk.com.
  • Any associated garments, supplements or products who are owned by Fitaz Health PTY LTD ABN 62 169 230 040.

 

While we are sure you will love your Transform program or Fitaz Apparel and Supplements just as much as we do, in the case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please refer to the refund and return policy below.

 

Refunds

 

As our programs are IP products, refunds are not available in the respect of all Transform Programs, including accidental purchases, health conditions or injuries, unused program access periods, or any similar reason or event, unless a refund is required by law to do so.

If you are dissatisfied with our Transform Programs for any reason, please contact us support@fitazfk.com to discuss. 

 

In-App Purchases

In-App Purchases include all purchases made via an external App Store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. An In-App Purchase is purchased from and billed by the respective App Store, not by Fitaz Health PTY LTD.

 By completing an In-App Purchase, you agree that:

 An In-App Purchase is also subject to the terms, conditions, and other licensing arrangements specified by that App Store provider;

 An In-App Purchase is processed securely via the payment gateway used by relevant App Store provider; and for purchases made via the Apple App Store you must raise with the App Store directly regarding any payment-related issues you experience with an In-App Purchase or refund request.

 

All payments made on the iOS app are charged via your Apple ID account and are controlled and managed by AppleAll payments made on the Android app are charged via your Google Play account and are controlled and managed by Google.

 

Free Trials

 The Lifestyle subscription option on the Transform by Fitaz app offers new users a 7 day free trial. Free trials are only available to new users and are provided at our sole discretion and are not available in conjunction with other offers that we may have from time to time. 

 Please be aware that  if you attempt to sign up for an additional free trial, you will be immediately charged with the standard subscription fee, i.e Monthly or Annual Subscription Fee.

 

We reserve the right to revoke your free trial at any time.

 

You may cancel your free trial anytime on the platform where you created your user account within the first 7 days, otherwise, you will be charged for the Subscription after your 7-day free trial ends. All free trials on the Android Transform by Fitaz app are linked to the Google account registered device. 

 The Google Play Store requires cancellation requests to be made at least 24-hours prior to the end of your 7-day trial. Any unused portion of your free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a Transform Program or Monthly or Annual Lifestyle Subscription. 

 All free trials started on the Apple Transform by Fitaz app are linked to your Apple ID account registered on the device. Apple requires cancellation requests to be made at least 24-hours prior to the end of your 7-day trial.

 Any unused portion of your free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a Transform Program or Monthly or Annual Lifestyle Subscription. 

 

 



Apparel and Supplements 

 

Our return policy at Fitaz regarding any apparel or supplements is that all products must be returned within 14 days of your delivery dateIf 14 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return.

 Please note we do not offer refunds on non-faulty items, only a store credit once your return is received back at our facility and meets the standard of the return requirements. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

 

Some of our goods that are non-returnable and are listed below:

 

  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items
  • Sample Items
  • Underwear and/ or socks due to hygiene
  • Faulty or Broken items that have been made by the customer
  • Items that have been worn, strained, or marked with deodorant, make-up, fake tan, or other. 

 

Please note any items that are purchased during a sale periods i.e Black Friday, Boxing Day etc cannot be returned.  Any items that are discounted on our website also cannot be returned as they are on final clearance. Please double check your sizing as no store credit will be issued in exchange for these items. 

 

Fitaz does offer exchanges, in order for this to happen you will need to contact support@fitazfk.com with your order number included to ensure your items are eligible for an exchange - as per the above terms. Once again, the items must be unused and in the same condition you received it in, ensuring all packaging is returned the same way. 

Once we have received these items, we will check if we have the correct size/ item in stock to exchange.

 

If we do not have the item desired to exchange in stock, you will be offered a store credit for the product's price amount.

 

To be eligible for an return, exchange, and / or store credit, your order must be:

 

  • Unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
  • Garments with distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear and tear covered in deodorant, make-up, or fake tan will not be accepted.
  • Tags must still be attached.
  • If supplements are being returned, please ensure all seals are intact and the item has not been opened.
    Please send an email to support@fitazfk.com for approval from our team prior to returning and supplements. 

 

Please note all returned items are thoroughly inspected.

 

If the item being returned does not comply with our standards as mentioned above, the customer will be contacted and given the option to have this returned back (at customers cost), or for this to be disposed of. If the returned item is not satisfactory, both the original cost and reshipment fee will be charged to the customer to have the item returned.

Please note any shipping cost to return your Apparel and/ or Supplements will be covered by and fall to the customer and will not be reimbursed by Fitaz Health PTY LTD nor in the case of a store credit will the store credit include shipping costs. 

 

Customers are required to keep all relevant return information, including their return tracking number in the case of any issues arising. If the return package is lost while being returned to us, Fitaz Health PTY LTD is not liable or at fault. 

 

Please note, the final decision on all returns and/ or store credits is at the discretion of Fitaz Health PTY LTD.
