Ingredients
- 1 microwave jasmine rice cup
- 175g Asian salad kit
- 95g tin tuna in springwater
- 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 3 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp pickled ginger
- Sesame seeds & nori (optional, but recommended!)
💡 Swap tip: Not a fan of tuna? Try it with salmon or shredded chicken instead.
Method
- 1. In a small bowl, mix the tuna with 2 tsp of mayo and set aside.
- 2. Microwave the jasmine rice cup according to instructions.
- 3. Add half the salad mix to your serving bowl, then top with the rice and tuna mixture.
- 4. Add cucumber, avocado, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, and nori.
- 5. Drizzle with tamari and the remaining mayo.
That's it — fresh, flavourful, and ready in minutes!
