2 cups almond flour

1 cup protein powder, vanilla

2 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup coconut oil

1 cup chocolate chips

200g dark chocolate, melted

Salt, pinch

Baking paper

Method

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour and protein powder.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  4. Pour wet into dry and combine well. Pour in chocolate chips and combine.
  5. Press into the baking pan. Pour chocolate over the top.
  6. Set in the fridge for 2 hours. Cut and enjoy!
