5 Ingredient Blondies: The Ultimate High-Protein Treat

This flourless, gluten-free, and protein-packed treat is made with just five simple ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. These blondies are so easy to make and incredibly delicious that you’ll forget how nutritious they actually are. Perfect as a midday snack, post-workout treat, or even a quick breakfast on the go!

What You’ll Need:

Ingredients 

1 can (240g) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
½ cup smooth peanut butter
• ⅓ cup maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt
¼ cup chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate


Method

Measure and place all the ingredients (except chocolate) in a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Gently fold in the chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate for extra richness.

Line a brownie pan with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 25 minutes or until the surface turns golden brown.

Let the blondies cool before slicing them into squares. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for later!
