‘WEIGHTLOSS RESET’ is an 8 week Challenge and we give you 12 weeks total app access. This leave a 4 week buffer built in where you can enjoy the lifestyle workouts and recipes in our app after you finish the challenge or before you move to 'Strength & Tone'.
DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?
For ‘WEIGHTLOSS RESET’, you will need the Transform Equipment pack (skipping rope, booty bands, power bands, sliders, resistance bands) and you will also need to source some light dumbbells.
The great thing is, we have made the first two weeks to be completely equipment free, so you can purchase the program and the equipment today and the equipment will arrive before the workouts where you need it.
I RECENTLY HAD A BABY, SHOULD I DO POSTPARTUM OR ‘WEIGHTLOSS RESET’?
