No time for cooking? No worries!

You don't have to go for unhealthy, processed snacks or junk food. Toasts can be your life savers when looking for something easy, nutricious and ready in few minutes.

Just grab a few slices of sourdough or gluten free bread (the whole grain variety will provide more fibre and keep away your hunger for longer), toast them the way you like and top with a selection of simple whole foods you probably always have in your pantry.

They are quick, delicious, versatile and fun!

Here are some tasty toast ideas:


  1. Mashed avocado, cherry tomatoes, feta, black olives, fresh herbs, salt and pepper.

  2. Mashed avocado, boiled egg, micro greens, salt and pepper.

  3. Hummus, cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, fresh parsley, salt and pepper.

  4. Hummus, (toasted) pine nuts, micro greens, salt and pepper.

  5. Cream cheese, smoked salmon, cucumber, salt and pepper.

  6. Avocado, tomatoes, hemp seeds, salt and pepper.


  1. Nut butter, banana slices, cacao nibs.

  3. Nut butter, low sugar berry jam, raspberries, dessicated coconut.

You can substitute nut butter with cream cheese or unsweetened greek or coconut yogurt.
