Tahini Fudge: A Delicious, Healthy Treat

Are you craving something indulgent yet healthy, this Tahini Fudge recipe is the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth. With rich tahini, dark chocolate and crunchy pistachios, it's an irresistible combination of flavours. Plus, it's incredibly easy to make!

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup tahini
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup raw pistachios, chopped

Method

Melt the ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, tahini, and dark chocolate chips. Pop this bowl into the microwave and heat it in 20-30 second intervals, stirring between each, until everything is melted and smooth. The coconut oil helps the mixture set into a creamy, fudge-like consistency.

Mix thoroughly once the chocolate chips have melted and everything is combined, stir thoroughly to ensure the fudge mixture is smooth and well-blended.

Set in a loaf tin pour the fudge mixture into a loaf tin (or any container that fits your preference). Spread it out evenly with a spatula, and then sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top for a delightful crunch.

Fridge time place the loaf tin in the fridge for about 1 hour, allowing the fudge to set and firm up. The longer you leave it, the better the texture!

Cut and serve once the fudge has set, remove it from the fridge and slice it into bite-sized pieces. Store any leftovers in the fridge to keep them fresh.
