You might think it's just being delusional, but there’s a powerful truth behind it. This belief system can play a crucial role in upgrading your life. The Power of Manifestation

Manifestation is based on the idea that your thoughts and beliefs shape your reality. When you believe that good things are coming your way, you start to notice and attract positive experiences. Our brains are wired to notice patterns and filter information based on what we focus on. When you constantly think about positive outcomes and believe that you are a "lucky girl," your brain starts to filter your experiences to align with that belief. This is often referred to as the Reticular Activating System (RAS), which helps you notice things that are relevant to your beliefs and goals.

Affirmations are powerful statements that help reprogram your subconscious mind. Start your day with positive affirmations like:

Take a few minutes each day to visualize your desired outcomes. Picture yourself living your dream life, achieving your goals, and experiencing the joys of success. The more vivid and detailed your visualization, the more powerful it becomes. This practice helps align your thoughts and actions with your desires. START THAT VISION MOOD BOARD - Use it as your screen saver on your phone. Do what you gotta do to SEE it!

3. Gratitude: Cultivate a Grateful Heart

Gratitude is a high-frequency emotion that attracts more things to be grateful for. Start a gratitude journal and write down three things you’re thankful for each day. This shifts your focus from lack to abundance and opens your heart to receiving more blessings.

4. Positive Self-Talk: Be Your Own Cheerleader

Monitor your inner dialogue and replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Instead of saying, "I never catch a break," say, "I’m always in the right place at the right time." This shift in self-talk can significantly influence your mood and outlook.

Some people’s default phrase to fill the space with is “I’m so tired” … switch it up to - “I love my life”. 

When I was in Bali the ladies on my retreat quickly realised that at-least once an hour I would let out a “Oh man how good is life” so much so that it became a running joke amongst us. But that’s my default phrase - and life literally just keeps repaying me because it knows how much I love it.

5. Surround Yourself with Positivity

The people you spend time with can impact your mindset. Surround yourself with positive, supportive individuals who uplift and encourage you. Limit exposure to negativity, whether it’s through media, social interactions, or environments that drain your energy.

Adopting a "glass half full" perspective means choosing to see the good in every situation. Here are some practical ways to cultivate this mindset:

Start Your Day with Intention

Set a positive intention for your day each morning. This could be something like, "Today, I will find joy in the little things," or "I am open to receiving good news and opportunities."

Celebrate Small Wins

Acknowledge and celebrate even the smallest victories. This builds momentum and reinforces the belief that good things are happening for you.
