Guide to using Lifestyle recipes for the Transform Challenge

Use this guide to identify which recipes in the Lifestyle Recipe Library align with the 3 phases of the Transform Challenge. These recipes have been included as they contain a wide variety of vegetables, fruit and wholegrains, quality lean protein and healthy fat sources. Keep in mind the Transform Meal Builder also allows you to create your own meals. The food on your transformation journey will be nothing short of delicious!

The recipes provided in the app have been coded with some simple tags to identify their category type:

GF = Gluten Free
V = Vegetarian
V+ = Vegan
GH = Gut Health

If a recipe from the Lifestyle library is not listed in these tables, it's not suitable for the Transform program.
