This workout is resistance based to get your heart-rate firing, and muscles exerting at maximum force for short intervals.
As a bonus, this workout requires nothing but a flat surface, FitazFK resistance bands and 28 minutes! We promise your body will thank you later!
- 1 minute of high knees
- 4 minutes of warm-up dynamic stretches
- Air squats 3x 10 reps
- Push ups 3x 10 reps
- Knee ups 3x 10 reps
- Band rows 3x 10 reps (or towel rows)
- Band alternating reverse lunge 3x 10 reps (or simple reverse lunge)
- Butterfly sit ups 3x 10 reps
