Ingredients 

For the filling:

• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp pure maple syrup

For the rest:

• Hollow chocolate Easter eggs
• Biscoff biscuit (crushed)
Mini chocolate eggs

 

Method 

Blend the Filling: Combine cottage cheese, cacao powder, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Prep the Eggs: Carefully cut your chocolate Easter eggs in half using a sharp knife.

Layer the Goodness: Add a sprinkle of crushed Biscoff biscuit to the bottom of each egg half.

Fill It Up: Spoon in your creamy chocolate protein filling.

Decorate: Top with more crushed biscuits and mini eggs for that perfect festive finish.

Chill & Set: Pop in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight) until set and ready to enjoy.
