Ingredients

200g dark chocolate

150g protein crisps

Sea salt flakes

Utensils

Baking paper

Spoon

Method

  1. Melt down dark chocolate in the microwave with 30 second increments or in a bowl over boiling water. 
  2. Pour protein crisps into a large bowl and pour melted chocolate over. 
  3. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop mixture and place on baking tray. Sprinkle it with sea salt. Place in the fridge and allow to set (minimum 1 hour).
