Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email (check your junk folder too!) and Facebook message or Text message if you opt in when placing your order. Never Been Stronger!

The Fitazfk challenges are my ultimate go to! I love doing them because I know they get results! My ultimate goal was to get my strength back in my lower back and core after my second baby and after 8 weeks I’ve never felt stronger! The app is so easy to navigate and I love how each workout shows you a video of the move in action. I’m excited to do another challenge!

Best guide for results!

Love love love this guide, I’ve had a few that have just turned out to be water weight results. This guide allows you to guide yourself into a lifestyle change for long term, sustainable results, and for the price I couldn’t have done it any other way. The range of exercises are great and having a nutrition guide to support it is invaluable. Trust this guide and fitazfk to get you where you want to be and keep it up!

Great equipment for beginner

I think its great. I definitely think it's perfect for those starting out who don't have much strength to begin with coupled with the workouts and guidance. I have really enjoyed the journey this far and am into my 4th week. Thank you!
