The Heart Behind Transform by Fitaz
By Aaron McAllister, Founder
I’ve spent most of my life in the fitness industry. But it wasn’t until I lost everything that I truly understood what transformation meant.
When I lost my wife, the grief was sharp and sudden and it shattered me. I was heartbroken. I was a man completely unsure of what came next.
That kind of pain forces you to stop. It strips away everything you thought mattered and leaves you face-to-face with who you really are. I didn’t know what I was searching for, but I knew I couldn’t keep living the same way.
So I went to India. I discovered Kriya Yoga and found myself in the Himalayas at The Mahavar Babji meditation centre where I met my Guru. There was something in the silence. In the simplicity. In the way he spoke about purpose and peace. It cracked something open in me. It helped me breathe again.
I came home different. Not fixed. But awake.
I knew I didn’t want to just run a fitness brand. I wanted to build something that mattered. Something that gave people real support through their toughest seasons.
That’s when I met Natalia, a single mum doing it all. She was working, parenting, and pushing through each day with strength and grace. She’s someone I’ve since built a life with, and through her I saw firsthand just how much mums carry and how little genuine support they receive in return.
They don’t need pressure. They don’t need stricter routines. They need something that works with their lives, not against them. So I made that my mission.
Transform by Fitaz is for the mums who feel like they’ve lost themselves. For the ones who are always giving but never filling their own cup. For the women who want to feel strong again, not just physically but emotionally and mentally too.
We kept it simple. Eighteen minutes a day. Real workouts, real food, real support. No guilt. No extremes. Just steady progress and a whole lot of heart.
This mission was born out of heartbreak. But it’s fuelled by something far bigger, a deep belief in the power of showing up for yourself, even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard.
That’s what transformation really is. It’s not about becoming someone else. It’s about coming home to yourself.
I want every mum who reads this to know you are seen. You are enough. You are worth the time, the effort, and the care. Transform is here to remind you that your health and happiness matter just as much as everyone else’s. You don’t have to do it all or be perfect. Just start where you are and take one small step today. I’m with you on this journey, every single day.
