Food, glorious fking food! If you’ve met us before (Fitaz in 28 Days) you’ll know that we don’t compromise on flavour - and this guide doesn’t disappoint either. Not only does our nutrition guide literally show you WHAT to eat and WHEN to eat, but it’s packed with delicious and nutritious recipes (did someone say, pizza?) that will have you loving every fking second of getting fit!
And, hey we know you’re a little bit impatient (don’t worry, you’re only human) we’ve separated the nutritional guide into three phases so you don’t get tired of eating the same ol’ thing. What does this mean? It means that we’ve created a specific eating plan so that you can start seeing results within the first couple of weeks! Plus, there’s a whole list of approved cheat meals so you can have your cake… and eat it too!
Let’s break it down: Each workout requires 28 minutes. That’s 6 workouts per week. And if you minus the 5 minute warm up, and 5 minute cooldown, that’s only 18 minutes of your day! In total a whole 1.25% of your day! With our 8 week bundle, we supply all the exercises and equipment you need to get the most out of your experience. Each individual workout has been created to work equal amounts of muscle groups with an equal amount of movement. What does this mean? It means that you’ll be toning and working on all parts of your body, giving you a toned body all around!
