When we were designing our Transform challenges we wanted to ensure we were creating a program that could fit in with the busiest of schedules!
The recommended dosage for mood improvement is about 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week.
This can be broken down into 30 minutes a day, 5-days a week and that works in perfect with our Transform programs!
