Hydration Tips!

Boost your hydration levels by drinking plenty of water to support your body’s natural processes from Phase 1 onwards.
Water is essential to keeping your body running efficiently - most of your body’s most vital systems and processes rely on water to function – and to keep you alive! Not staying hydrated can lead to dehydration, which can present itself as:
Low energy levels.
Poor concentration or “brain fog”.
Poor physical performance.
Poor digestion.
Dry skin, hair and nails.
Feeling thirsty suggests you may already be dehydrated. Worse still, dehydration in the body can also be confused with hunger. Stay ahead of the game and sip water throughout the day, which also helps you feel fuller for longer between meals!
Here are some hydration tips:
  • Start your day with a glass of water
  • Carry a water bottle with you throughout the day
  • Set a drink water reminder on your phone every 1/2 hour
  • Add in fresh fruits, herbs or tea
  • Aim to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day or find a big bottle!
  • Add a dash of cranberry or pomegranate juice for sweetness
