- Start your day with a glass of water
- Carry a water bottle with you throughout the day
- Set a drink water reminder on your phone every 1/2 hour
- Add in fresh fruits, herbs or tea
- Aim to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day or find a big bottle!
- Add a dash of cranberry or pomegranate juice for sweetness
