  • 3 phase detailed nutrition plan and step by step exercise program.
    Essentially this 3-phase plan is designed to allow your body to drop excess body fat and fluid, whilst still providing the body with sufficient amounts of energy and nourishment to smash out your daily workouts.
    Phase One is our cleanse and detox phase. This is where you will expect to see the biggest change in your body whilst also identifying any food allergies you may have along the way (more on this as you scroll below)

PHASE 1 is aimed to kick start your weight loss journey and rid your body of processed foods and de-bloat.
This critical phase has been designed to make your body:
  • Efficient at burning fat

  • Reduce insulin levels

  • Turn your body into a fat burning machine!

  • Detox & debloat to ensure your organs (especially kidneys & liver) are functioning at maximum capacity

We’re not going to lie, but phase 1 is probably the most difficult and challenging phase, however it’s the most crucial and beneficial part of your journey.
Your body will be changing from its carb-utilising form to the ultimate fat-burning vessel. You may experience some withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, fatigue and nausea.

PLUS phase 1 cuts out coffee completely. Yep, you read that correctly. It’s important to avoid drinking coffee (including DeCaf) during your cleanse phase, to detox your liver so it can repair appropriately.

Caffeine is a central nervous stimulant, which means it puts your body in fight or flight mode, can affect your metabolic rate and cause bloating. Not to mention incur insomnia, stomach upsets and increase in blood glucose levels as your liver releases more sugar into the blood stream.
  • Bulk Green Tea! Swap your morning long black for a nice warm cup of green tea. Black tea is also suitable. The first 3 days are normally the hardest, but we promise after then, it gets a whole lot easier and you stop thinking about it!
  • H20. If you’re feeling dizzy or lighthead, we suggest drinking up on those H20 levels. A handful of berries is also extremely helpful.
  • Add lemon, lime or strawberries to your water. If you’r still craving that sugar taste, add some low-sugar fruits to your water and sip on that instead!
  • Sugar-free Tic Tacs. This has been our hidden secret for as long as we can remember. But we would much rather you reach for that than going crazy on chocolate and sweets.
  • Sparkling water! Try to drink as much normal water as possible, but we find that “fizzy” taste of sparkling water tricks your mind into thinking it’s had something sweet!
  • Don’t forget to take your BEFORE photo and progress pics! Not only will this help you physically see your results at the end of the challenge, but it will also aid as a motivational tool! Whenever you’re feeling down or want to reach for that bag of malteasers, open up your camera roll and see how far you have come!
