These chickpea blondies are so easy to make & that delicious, you'll forget how healthy they are! Made with all natural, wholesome ingredients, perfect to snack on during the day!
 
Dietary Requirements: Vegan, Gluten Free
Serves: 4 servings
Cooking Time: 40 minutes 

WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed & drained
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
Utensils:
- food processor 
- brownie pan

HOW TO MAKE 
1. Measure & place all ingredients (except chocolate) in a food processor
2. Blend until smooth consistency
3. Gently fold in chocolate chips
4. Transfer the batter to a brownie pan lined with parchment paper 
5. Bake for 25 minutes in 180c (or until golden brown on surface)
