The combination of Biscoff biscuits, oats, and protein powder creates a snack that feels like a treat but still helps keep you fuller for longer. They’re perfect for busy afternoons, post-workout fuel, or when a sweet craving hits.

Biscoff Protein Balls


A fast and easy snack for busy days and sweet cravings.

Total Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 12–13 balls


Ingredients

  • 8 Biscoff biscuits, crushed
  • 3 tbsp Biscoff spread, melted
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 100g light cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • Pinch of salt

Optional toppings

  • 2 Biscoff biscuits, crushed
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff spread, melted

Utensils

  • Food processor (or mixing bowl)
  • Plate
  • Baking paper

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or food processor and mix until well combined.
  2. The mixture will be slightly crumbly but should hold together when pressed between your fingers.
  3. Roll into 12–13 balls and place onto a plate lined with baking paper.
  4. If desired, drizzle with extra melted Biscoff spread and sprinkle crushed biscuits on top.
  5. Refrigerate until firm, then enjoy.
