Apple Crumble Overnight Oats: A Decadent, Protein Packed Breakfast

Looking for an easy, delicious breakfast that’s ready when you wake up? Our Apple Crumble Overnight Oats recipe is a perfect choice. Packed with 18g of protein and a mix of healthy fats and carbs makes this a  balanced way to fuel your morning. Best of all, it tastes like dessert!


Ingredients:

  • 35g oats
  • 100ml high-protein almond milk
  • 80g apple, finely diced
  • 10g walnuts, chopped
  • 5g cinnamon
  • 80g Greek yogurt (Chobani or Yopro) 

Method:

Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, yogurt, diced apple, walnuts, and cinnamon. Stir until everything is mixed well.

Refrigerate Overnight: Pour the mixture into a container, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Serve: In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy cold or warm it up if you prefer.

*Tip: If you want to make this recipe dairy free, substitute the greek yogurt for either coconut or your favourite dairy free yogurt!
