You’re not 100% sure what it is about them but you know that person just exudes a magnetic energy that makes people want to be around them. The good news is that you can cultivate this magnetism in your own life too, you can be that magnetic goddess at any time!
Here are five steps to help you increase your magnetism through daily practices that boost your confidence and make you a magnet to the people / opportunities around you.

Magnetism isn’t just about physical appearance, let’s get that straight, it’s not about how ‘hot’ or ‘fit’ you are; it’s about the energy you radiate. It's a combination of self-confidence, self-awareness, and the way you present yourself to the world. When you feel good about yourself, you naturally attract positive experiences and people into your life. Here’s my tips on how to harness that magnetic energy.

Step 1. Positive Self-Talk
Why It Works: The way you speak to yourself shapes your self-perception. Positive self-talk builds self-confidence and sets the tone for how others perceive you. 
Daily Practice: Start each day with affirmations that empower you. Look in the mirror and say, "I am confident, capable, and magnetic. I attract positive energy and opportunities." Repeat these affirmations throughout the day to reinforce your belief in yourself.
Step 2. Visualisations Before Entering a Room
Why It Works: Visualisation is a powerful tool that primes your mind for success. By imagining yourself as confident and magnetic, you program your brain to act in alignment with that image.
I like to envision myself being surrounded by golden, sparkly light (angel / goddess vibes). If this is how you see yourself, others will see you that way too!!
 
Daily Practice: Before entering any room or social situation, take a moment to visualise yourself walking in with confidence. See yourself engaging with others effortlessly, smiling, and radiating positive energy. This mental preparation will make you feel more at ease and charismatic. You will start to subconsciously STEP INTO that version of yourself. She’s not a figment of your imagination, she’s YOU choosing to act that way. It’s all about you taking action on becoming the magnet - becoming HER.
Step 3. Bold Choices in Clothing
Why It Works: Your clothing can significantly impact your confidence levels. Bold fashion choices, like wearing red nail polish or a statement piece of clothing, can make you feel powerful and attractive.

Daily Practice: Incorporate bold elements into your wardrobe. Whether it’s a vibrant dress, a striking accessory, or a classic red lip, choose items that make you feel unstoppable. Notice how these choices boost your confidence and the way people respond to you.
Step 4. Body Language and Posture
Why It Works: Non-verbal cues like posture and body language communicate confidence and openness. Standing tall and using open gestures can make you appear more approachable and magnetic.
Daily Practice: Pay attention to your posture throughout the day. Stand and sit up straight, with your shoulders back and head held high. Practice open body language, such as uncrossing your arms and maintaining eye contact during conversations. These subtle changes can significantly impact how others perceive you. Sometimes I even make a game out of it. Like how long can I maintain eye contact for? How much positive energy can I project onto the person I’m talking too? It’s almost like a “fake it till you make it” thing. And eventually it will just become second nature to stand confidently in your power.
Step 5. Cultivating a Grateful Mindset
Why It Works: Gratitude shifts your focus from what you lack to what you have. This positive shift in mindset can increase your overall happiness and attractiveness.
Daily Practice: Keep a gratitude journal and write down three things you’re grateful for every day. Reflect on these positive aspects of your life to maintain a high vibrational energy. When you appreciate what you have, you attract more of the same.
