Do I need equipment?

For ‘WEIGHTLOSS RESET’, you will need the Transform Equipment pack (skipping rope, booty bands, power bands, sliders, resistance bands) and you will also need to source some light dumbbells.

The great thing is, we have made the first two weeks to be completely equipment free, so you can purchase the program and the equipment today and the equipment will arrive before the workouts where you need it.


I recently had a baby, should I do Postpartum or ‘WeightLoss Reset’?

If you have been cleared for exercise and are between 6-12 weeks postpartum, we recommend starting with the postpartum program to rebuild your foundations. If you have been cleared for exercise and are 13+ weeks postpartum, head into ‘WEIGHTLOSS RESET’.
