Just over a year ago
Fran experienced a complete breakdown. Lost in the chaos of motherhood, she neglected herself, put her needs last, and despised the reflection in the mirror. She withdrew from social events, declined invitations, and even distanced herself from family, fearing their judgment of her weight gain after having kids. I DID IT GUYS!! 😧😭💖🏃🏼♀️💪🏻nRemember that girl on the left? 11 months postpartum, completely exhausted, living off toddler crusts, with motivation for anything other than parenting shattered, suffering from an identity crisis and always putting herself last? 😅
