HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup of milk of choice
- 1 apple grated or finely chopped
- 1 punnet of blueberries
- 2 TBSP toasted slivered almonds
- 2 TSP honey
- 1/2 TSP cinnamon
- 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
HOW TO MAKE IT:
- Soak rolled oats in milk overnight
- Add all the other remaining ingredients except berries and mix well
- Serve with berries and add a few toasted almonds on top
