Clean Fish & Chips
120g grilled or oven baked fish (seasoned with salt, pepper and herbs of choice)
100g sweet potato, cut into fries, tossed in 1 tablespoon of oil, salt, pepper and paprika, baked in the oven preheated to 200C
2 cups vegetables, choose your favourite option from baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumber or steamed broccoli, cauliflower, peas, asparagus
